Rinse the entire surface to be cleaned with water. Use a high-pressure nozzle for best results. |

Apply MOLDEK directly to the affected mold and mildew areas by using the trigger sprayer provided for controlled application. |

Allow MOLDEK to dwell 5 to 7 minutes on mold and mildew areas to penetrate and kill mold and mildew. |
